HOW TO APPLY FOR A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROTECTION ORDER

 
If you are experiencing domestic and family violence you can apply for a protection order yourself or get a police officer, solicitor or authorised person (friend, relative, community/welfare worker) to apply for you. You can also get a guardian or administrator to apply or a person who is acting under an enduring power of attorney.
